Andre Ayew nets as Swansea halt Millwall FC unbeaten run

Jamaican international Jamal Lowe’s brace and André Ayew’s strike was enough to end Rowett Gary side’s unbeaten streak at Millwall on Saturday afternoon.

Both sides failed to break the deadlock inside 45th minute until Ghana Black Stars’ skipper André Ayew notch the opener for Swansea in the first-half stoppage time to put them in pole position after the end of the first fragment.

In the second half, Jamaican forward Jamal Lowe confidently penetrated into the territory of MillWall at the edge of the box to double the lead for Swansea in the 76th minute.

Ayew quickly assisted Lowe as he fired the third goal of the afternoon within a space of nine minutes to ensure Swansea return back to winning ways.

Swansea’s 0-3 win over Millwall FC actually ends their five-game losing run at Millwall Holdings PLC.
