Algerian top-flight outfit Mouloudia Club d’Alger snatch Ghanaian forward Joseph Esso from Ghana Premier League side Dreams Football Club.
The North African club announced the deal of the prolific attacker on their social media handles on Tuesday 30th March, 2021 after successful negotiations.
The ex Hearts of Oak striker joins the Algerian giants on a three-year deal. The 24-year old Esso put up a glittering performances, scoring 10 goals in the first round of the GPL this season for Dreams FC.
He was named in the Black Stars squad that exchanged pennant with South Africa and São Tomé and Principe in the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifications this month.
The former Ebusua Dwarfs goal machine beat the likes of Great Olympics’ midfielder Maxwell Yeboah and Legon Cities’ Hans Kwoffie to win the NASCO’s POTM accolade after a tremendous and scintillating output in the month of February.
