The Captain of Ghana Premier League side, Accra Great Olympics, Gladson Awako limped off on Monday during Black Stars last training session in Rabat, the capital city of Morocco.
The midfielder had a small cut in the internal part of his right leg but he was immediately attended to by the Black Stars medical team.
Awako has played an integral role for Olympics in the ongoing Ghana Premier League season having an incredible campaign so far.
He has made 26 appearances for Great Olympics in all competitions this season and has scored 5 goals.
Olympics currently is on the 4th position in the Ghana Premier League with about 6 more games to complete the season.
However, Black Stars coach, Charles Akonnor has no other injury issues to contend with ahead of the friendly whiles the Atlas Lions has no injury problems.
The last time the two countries met was in the Africa Cup of Nations in 2008, which Ghana most and beat the Atlas Lions of Morocco 2-0 to progress to the quarter-finals that year.
