Hearts grabs first victory in an emphatic 3-0 victory over Dreams FC

Accra Hearts of Oak have recorded their first victory of the season as they thumped Dreams FC by 3 to goals to zero at the Accra sports stadium on Sunday night.

A brace from in-form Michelle Sarpong and a solo from Kojo Obeng jnr ensured that the rainbow boys earn their first three points of the season under new head coach, Kosta Papic.

Kojo Obeng jnr broke the deadlock of the game in the 36th minute as he finished off a beautiful pass from Patrick Razak.
The visitors pressed back to level things up but saw all efforts gone wasted with the first half ending in favor of the phobians.

Kosta Papic’s men doubled the lead just three minutes into the second half through Michelle Sarpong who tapped in beautifully from Manaf Umar’s corner.

Michelle Sarpong got his double of the evening with a minute to the 90th minute mark, driving Benjamin Afutu’s header to the far right corner.

The victory has moved Hearts of Oak to the 6th position on the log with 5points after 4games.
