On-form Kwame Peprah’s late goal in the last minutes left in the second half was enough for the Kumasi based club to clinch victory in match day 13 fixture at Ohene Ameyaw Park of the Ghana Premier League.
Both sides started brightly from the blast of the game till the end of the first half. Though King Faisal had a tough time game in the first half where lots of their changes failed to break the virginity of the game.
Back from recess, Zubeiru Ibrahim was confident after he surprisingly had a good chance when goalkeeper Ofori Antwi seems to be stepping off his line but his effort couldn’t materialize.
When the game seems to end 0-0 score, just few minutes to the end of the game, King Faisal’s talisman Kwame Peprah put grins on the face of his fans with a decent header on the 90+1 minute after connecting well with a brilliant cross to see his club celebrate their third win of the season at home.
King Faisal still sit 17th position with 13points on the league standings despite their victory over Medeama SC on match day 13.
