OFFICIAL: Ex- Great Olympics winger Osah Tetteh Bernardinho joins Atlético Ottawa.

Canada, Ontario based club Atlético Ottawa have announced the arrival of Ghanaian winger Osah Tetteh Bernardinho on 11th February, 2021. 

Atlético Ottawa completed the signing of Bernardinho for the 2020 season but was unable to join the club due to travel restrictions because of the surge in Covid-19 pandemic cases and deaths. 

Bernardinho was part of the Accra Great Olympics Youth Academy. He then joined Westerlo in Belgium’s second division making 16 appearances and scoring once in a Belgian Cup match.

Following his spell in Belgium’s second division he went on loan to third-division Belgium sides ASV Geel and Heist. Bernardinho managed 43 league appearances scoring eight goals.

The 24-year Bernardinho joins Tevin Shaw and Vashon Neufville as the third International player, in addition to Canadians Keesean Ferdinand, Antoine Coupland, Ben McKendry, Brandon John and Malcolm Shaw as the 8th player announced for the 2021 season.
