U20 AFCON: Ghana 4-0 Tanzania – Black Satellites wallop Tanzania in first fixture.

Ghana’s U20 national team, the Black Satellites sold out arguably the best game in the U20 African Cup of Nations in a well deserved 4-0 triumph over Tanzania at Stade Municipal Nouadhibou in Mauritania.

Two goal-hero and Dreams FC Star, Precious Boah had his name on the flier together with Issahaka Fataw and Josepho Barnes after the Satellites smash Tanzania with four goals to a duck in their first match in the ongoing U20 African Cup tournament.

Precious Boah opened the scoring for Black Satellites with an early brilliant free-kick just three minutes into the first half to put them to lead.

Issahaka Fataw doubled the lead in the 30th minute with a long range strike into the yawning net of goalkeeper Daniel Mgore of Tanzania to end the first half 2-0 score.

Back from recess, Precious Boah fired his brace to increase the tally to make it 3-0.

The Tanzanians had a great chance by Abdul Hamisi Suleiman but experience goalkeeper Ibrahim Danlad was closer to do justice with the ball.

Josepho Barnes finished off a wonderful move on a short range in a clever style on the 89th minute to record them their first win.

Barnes’ strike followed a 71st-minute Precious Boah brace set up by Baffour after two goals in the second half in the space of eighteen minutes.

The Black Satellites tops Group C with 3points after huge win over Tanzania.
