WPL Match Report: Thunder Queens held at home by Immigration Ladies

Thunder Queens have to dig extra deeper to record their first victory of the season as they failed once again at the Tema community 8 park, drawing 1-1 with Immigration Ladies on matchday 4 of the Ghana Women premier league.

Coach Edna’s side took the lead through in-form Elizabeth Oppong in the 46th minute.
They failed to protect their lead as Ruminatu Tahiru’s strike in the 56th minute levelled things up.

Both teams are still without a win after 4 league games this season.

Immigration Ladies will be at home to Police ladies as Thunder Queens travels to Madina to face Berry Ladies on matchday 5 of the Ghana Women premier league.
Elizabeth Oppong was named PoTM, taking her tally to 3 in 4 league games.
